Deliverable are not limited to the items listed below – just reach out to us if you don’t see what you are looking for!

If you already have a document and only need help with formatting (for example, font and color updates, grammar correction, element alignment), then select the Proofread + Polish option.

If you need help with design or generating content based on concepts, ideas, or data, then Storyboard + Create would be the option for you.

Start here if you need on-going support with deliverables and/or a variety of other functions. This option allows you to purchase a set of hours each month and use the hours on any kind of support you may need. Additional hours can be purchased at any time throughout the month. Services are not limited to the items listed below – let us know what you need and we will make arrangements accordingly!

Upon placing an order for on-going support, a 10% down-payment upfront is required. The remaining balance and re-occurring charges will be invoiced on the last day of the month with 15 days to pay the invoice in full. Services are delivered at a standard 5 business days. For expedited service (72 hour delivery), hours are used at a 1.5x rate. Urgent requests (24 hour turnaround) consume hours at a 2x rate. Hours can be rolled over into the next month if unused.

No long-term commitment is required. The service can be discontinued at any time, and the current month invoice will be prorated for current hours consumed in the given month. We will refund 100% of your payment if we cannot support your request.
